24 - 48 hours for processing after receipt of payment, (Not including Weekends
or Holidays) and allow 3 - 14 business days for delivery after processing.
After purchasing a
product by credit card, make sure to follow the directions to come back to our
site. This will complete the order. If you have any problems, email us, we
will fix it as quickly as possible!

MEDIA
MAIL RATES
Media Mail is a
special class service provided by the
US
postal service and can be used for shipping computer software and our other
products except for
our JAX Games, and project kits.
If you are
ordering our Jax Games or or project kits you will need to choose Priority
Mail as the way you ship. Media Mail
is not zone based which means it is a flat rate shipping service to any
destination in the
U.S.
All Media Mail packages are shipping with delivery confirmation where
available.
Media
Mail is not sealed against postal inspection. Regardless of physical closure,
the mailing of articles at Media Mail rates constitutes consent to postal
inspection of the contents.
MEDIA
MAIL IS SLOW: This is a slow way to ship a package. Many times the package
is delivered in 7-10 days but it can also take 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Movies :
All Sales Should be
Considered Final. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
1. If you have not opened
the box, you can return the product to us for refund, credit or
replacement within 30 days, no questions asked.
2. If the product will not work
on your computer, you may return it to us for refund, credit or replacement
within 30 days of receipt. You must return the product to us undamaged
AND in perfect condition. The product must be unregistered, and with all
manuals and enclosures that shipped with the product. If it is a Retail Box
product, you must return it in a protective cardboard box or other similar
shipping carton like the one we used to ship it to you originally. Damaged
and/or incomplete products are subject to restocking fees of from 10% to 50%.
In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may be refused. Please
note: Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
To avoid costly
returns, check the System Requirements for each title. Be sure you have at
least all of the system requirements before ordering. If there are any
questions, please contact us before you order. In cases of return, you
must obtain an RMA number prior to returning the product. Email
sales@homeschoolliving.com with Your Name, Your Order Number (invoice number
on your invoice), the title of the product, and the specific problem you have
encountered. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and
a credit will not be issued. If we have sent you an incorrect product by
mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you. Call
us or Email sales@homeschoolliving.com for a replacement shipment. We will
include a prepaid return mailer in your replacement shipment that you can use
to return the incorrect product to us.
Books and Games:
Refunds are available
for books and games only if the products are returned to us in new,
unused condition within 30 days from the shipping date shown on the
sales receipt . We do not give refunds on used looking books and opened games.
If the item is defective, we will replace it at our expense. We are not
responsible for any damage that might occur in shipping the returned items
back to us so please make sure to adequately pack the merchandise being
returned to us. No refunds are given for merchandise returned in unsaleable
condition. This includes merchandise damaged in transit. If the product value
exceeds $50.00, we recommend shipping it with insurance.
Returns must include your name,
address and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Please send a
copy of your sales receipt, also. Please note that in most cases, we do not
refund the shipping and handling cost. We refund the shipping and handling
cost only if the product you received was defective or was not the correct
product that you ordered.
Stackpole Publishing
does not accept returns unless damaged in
shipping.
